My Latest Goal
So this is one of my latest goals.
After suffering from couple of medical issues since 2022, I started my fat to fit journey.
I had multiple COVID +ve, before that I injured my back and had sciatica as well. The spinal issues remained undiagnosed and I eventually used self treatment methods to correct my back. I was not able to walk more than 200 meters without my back seizing or cramping or my legs going numb and I would have to sit on the footpaths to loosen my spine again and then start walking. This remained for 1.5 years and then post COVID I had a reaction from steroid injections plus bad eating habits where my blood sugar in fasting skyrocketed to 312 mg/dl and post dinner it would be 560–600 mg/dl.
Note : Before Covid, my weight was 120 kgs (fat but still I could get myself under 100s within a year)
But the diabetes thing sent my weight up like crazy.
I had a severe brain fog and repeated infections in my body which I didn't tell my parents until one day my mom asked me to get a blood test done as I was having repetitive boils and my weight crossed 170kgs, I am tall so I still had that hope that my BMI is still at obese level.
After starting my medications I also got a shock after getting a Fibro scan that I have fatty liver (non alcoholic). Now, as I have history of jaundice and enlarged liver so this seemed as an alarming, also my weight crossed 200 kg even after having a diet of 1600-2000 calories a say.
This time I got to know that I have Subclinical Hypothyroidism.

Now since that diagnosis, I started exercising seriously and daily.
My goal has been that I should get my weight to 85Kgs within 3 year time.
I was approx 210 kgs at my worst in 2024.
I got my weight down to 181 kgs now
I am walking 8000 steps to 10000 steps daily.
I walk 10 floors of stairs almost 3–4 times a week, sometimes I add another 10 floor set.
I have started posting my steps on Instagram and now started posting g short clips on YouTube whole walking.
This is a way to journal my journey and achieve the goal.
My fear is dying young and not seeing my 40s,50s and so on.
I want to live till my 90′s atleast (maybe not as I know this will not happen for me) or whatever time I have with these issues, I want to be my fittest version.

This is my journey through the Google for app stats.
Starting was mentally and physically torturing because walking with a 200+ kg weight is so painfully (literally).
But I have started picking up the pace now a bit.
My goal for this and next month is to cross 250,000 steps and reach 300,000 steps per month by Feb end or March and then increase the target to 400,000 till May.
